Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid alignment programs listed on mirmit.digital and engagements confirmed by written statement of work. Prices on the site are informational until a quote is accepted.

2. Cooling-Off Period

For consumers where applicable under Korean law, you may cancel within seven days of signing if services have not begun. For B2B contracts, cancellation terms follow your statement of work.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

If Mirmit Digital cancels an engagement, prepaid fees for undelivered work are refunded. If you cancel after work begins, refunds are proportional to undelivered milestones documented in the statement of work.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Completed workshops, delivered templates, and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable. Rush scheduling fees, if any, are non-refundable once dates are held.

5. Cancellation Process

Send written cancellation to [email protected] with your company name, engagement reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and propose a reconciliation schedule.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed for bank transfers in KRW.

7. Partial Refunds and Credits

When partial delivery occurred, refunds reflect documented completion percentages. You may elect a credit toward a future program of equal or greater value within twelve months.

8. Consumer Rights (Korea)

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers or applicable e-commerce regulations. Disputes may be directed to the Korea Consumer Agency where eligible.

9. Exceptions

Force majeure events may reschedule work without penalty. Repeated no-shows for scheduled workshops without notice may forfeit prepaid sessions per your statement of work.
