General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing mirmit.digital or engaging Mirmit Digital for consultancy services, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not enter into a service agreement.
2. Services Description
Mirmit Digital provides B2B route-to-market alignment consultancy, including workshops, documentation, and facilitation. Website content describes programs for informational purposes. Binding scope is defined only in a signed statement of work.
3. Account and Communications
When you submit forms on this site, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We may respond via email or phone regarding your inquiry. You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials if a client portal is provided under a separate agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created during a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use upon full payment. Mirmit Digital retains rights to methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell our templates as a standalone product.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Mirmit Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
7. Termination
We may suspend site access for abuse, security threats, or unlawful use. Service engagements terminate according to the statement of work. Provisions on intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
8. Modifications
We may update these General Terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to active engagements will be communicated to clients under contract.
